Organizations can utilize our convenient Online Housing Reservation System. This service allows your attendees to make their hotel reservations fast and easy on our website tusdvhxs.top. Hotel reservation confirmations are sent immediately, so your attendees can feel at ease. This service is provided at no cost to the meeting planner.

For groups using 100 or more hotel room nights, our office offers pre-printed name badges for all of your attendees. In addition, our professional volunteers are happy to assist you at your registration desk.
Discover Green Bay lanyards are also available for purchase through our office.

For groups of 400 or more, Discover Green Bay (DGB) can set up an information table featuring attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options for attendees. Additionally, our Green Bay Visitor Guides are available and can be placed at your registration desk.

Welcoming your delegates is our top priority at Discover Green Bay. We would be delighted to arrange for our digital welcome sign to have a welcome to your group displayed at Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport. Additionally, our greeters will be available to extend a warm welcome and assist with any transportation inquiries.
Arrangements can also be made for a city official to write a welcome letter for your attendee welcome packets or to give a personal welcome address at one of your events.
Discover Green Bay can arrange for color guard presentations and/or national anthem singers for your event. Please note - talent fees apply.

Upon request, Discover Green Bay will distribute your press release to the local media to help promote your event being held in our area.
When applicable, regional and statewide releases can also be sent.

Discover Green Bay can assist with a multitude of programs and can offer information and referrals in a variety of areas.
Opportunities include golf tournaments, specialized arts and crafts, cooking classes, hands-on activities, attraction tours, curated experiences, fishing expeditions, outdoor recreation, spouse programs, shopping excursions, and bus transportation.
We also offer guided City Tours of the Green Bay area.
